We understand that sometimes plans can change, therefore, we are more than happy to offer clients a full refund for all cancellations notified to us from the time of your booking, all the way until 24 hours before the start of your booking. This means that unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for “Last Minute” and “Emergency” booking cancellations.
