Yes! Bookings made less than 12 hours in advance will incur an emergency fee of £18 per hour.
You can book a Superior Sitter as far as four weeks in advance.
Unfortunately not. We have a 3-hour minimum booking policy, so even if you only require one hour childcare, you will still be charged for 3 hours.
Yes, just log into your account and you will be able to make your changes quickly and easily.
This is not 100% guaranteed unfortunately. During the booking stage, you can leave a request for your preferred Superior Sitter, but this depends on their availability at the time of your booking.
At SuperiorSitters, we offer a range of childcare services including: last minute bookings, emergencies, one-offs, hotels, ad-hocs, after school pick-ups, and daytime and night time babysitting nannies.
This is not a professional childcare requirement, but as some Superior Sitters are childminders – they provide childcare in their own premises – they are Ofstead registered.
If you wish to cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance, we are afraid we do not offer a refund back.
At no point do you need to have cash readily available to pay the Sitter – this is one of the many benefits of our amazing services. At the time of your booking with SuperiorSitters, we will take your payment details, charge you at the end of the babysitting service, and then pay our SuperiorSitter directly.
Yes, this can be done via your account, just make a note of the event, and any important details you think we should know, during the booking process.
SuperiorSitters will take payment via debit and credit cards, and through paypal. As we do not charge any booking, registration or membership fees, you only have to pay £15 per hour when you book childcare services with us more than 12 hours in advance, and £18 per hour when you book childcare less than 12 hours before with us.
Yes, this can be done via your account. Alternatively, you can also call, text or email us and we will be happy to do this for you.
We will send you the contact details of your SuperiorSitter along with your booking confirmation.
Unfortunately not, as this will be a breach of our Terms and Conditions and contract with our Sitters. Anytime you would like to book a preferred babysitter, please contact Superior Sitters directly via your account.
Yes, we’re always happy to hear about your experience with our amazing Sitters. An email with a link will be sent to you after your Sitter has completed your booking for you to review and rate our services.
Yes, you have to go through our registration process to use our services. By providing us with your information we can have your details and also to contact you whenever you are booking our services.
Yes, this is done at no extra cost to you. However, for bookings ending after midnight. we will ask you to kindly offer to pay or contribute towards their transportation home. We will always try to match your booking to our Sitters living closer to your location in order to keep taxi costs to a minimum.
Yes, and for all bookings that are already in progress, we ask you to contact your SuperiorSitter directly to arrange this with them as soon as possible. You will also need to update us on this as soon as possible.
We’ve included a page to pay for ‘Overtime’ if you’re late coming back whilst your booking is in process. You will also need to log on SuperiorSitters and Click on ‘Overtime’. Select your required hours or minutes to suit you and process to make payment.
Once you fill out our simple registration forms, you can make bookings online by emailing, texting or calling us. We will take care of the rest.
Our childcare services are extremely straight forward. Anytime you need a dedicated, friendly, professional babysitter to take care of your precious little ones, just log online and make a booking, and we will select one of our available, friendly, dedicated babysitters. We will then confirm your booking with their details by email and text.
We charge £15 per hour for all bookings made 24 hours in advance, and £18 per hour for all emergency and last minute bookings made less than 12 hours in advance. For Christmas and New Years Day, we charge £20. Other bank holiday days we charge £18 per hour.
We will make sure your Sitter arrives on time, but if for any reason your Sitter arrives late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to make amends.
All of our SuperSitters have professional childcare experience, and know exactly what to do in case any emergency arises. The Sitter will also contact you immediately to keep you updated. Most of our SuperiorSitters are also first aid certified.
SuperiorSitters do not employ our babysitters. Our specially-selected Sitters are chosen through a very rigorous process.
